Free access to LSJ, USA TODAY Network websites for Election Day

Readers will be given two days of free access to the Lansing State Journal and all USA TODAY Network websites starting on Election Day.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, readers visiting LSJ's mobile and desktop websites will be able to browse an unlimited number of articles without a subscription. Typically, LSJ provides non-subscribers with 10 free articles each month.

The free access won't extend to LSJ's mobile apps, but users will still be able to view the homepage and receive breaking news alerts.

LSJ will continue its extensive coverage through Election Day on LSJ.com and on social media.

In Michigan, the USA TODAY Network includes the Lansing State Journal, Detroit Free Press, Battle Creek Enquirer, Livingston Daily and the Port Huron Times Herald.
