Grand Rapids City Clerk offering extended hours for absentee voting

GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. - The Grand Rapids City Clerk's office is offering extended hours for people wanting to vote absentee in the upcoming election.

If you are unable to vote on election day, and would like to vote absentee in person, you can do so at the clerk's office in city hall.

Those hours are:

  • Oct. 18, 5 - 7 p.m.
  • Oct. 20, 5 - 7 p.m.
  • Oct. 25, 5 - 7 p.m.
  • Oct. 27, 5 - 7 p.m.
  • Oct. 30, 12 - 5 p.m.
  • Nov. 1, 5 - 7 p.m.
  • Nov. 5, 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.

You can register for an absentee ballot in Grand Rapids with a valid photo ID until 4 p.m. on Nov. 7.
