HOLTON, Mich. (WZZM)- Dry conditions help fuel the flames that burned a woodland area in Muskegon County.
A passerby on an ATV spotted the flames around 3 p.m. Saturday near Whitmire and Syers in Holton. Four fire departments and the Department of Natural Resources responded to the fire. About five acres of grass, trees and plants burned. However, it's unclear what caused the fire.
No one was injured.
