HOLLAND, Mich (WZZM) -- Plans for next year's Tulip Time are already taking root in Holland.
About 30 volunteers began planting bulbs on Thursday at "Window on the Waterfront," where about 75,000 tulips will flower during the annual festival.
The planting session was cancelled two previous times because of rain, but on Thursday volunteers had beautiful weather to get the tulips in the ground.
Tulip Time start May 4th and runs through May 11th in 2013.
