GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM) - A Caledonia woman is charged with keeping a house of prostitution at a 28th Street and Eastern Avenue massage parlor.
Jennifer Ly, 43, was arrested last month after Grand Rapids Police vice officers acted on a complaint and investigated the Mystic Massage on Eastern Avenue just south of 28th Street. Ly is charged with keeping a house of prostitution, accepting earnings of prostitutes, pandering and two counts of soliciting.
Police say Ly brought the other women to engage in prostitution. One other worker at the massage parlor was not charged.
