It comes with great sadness that after today, there will not be a Weekend Morning Newscast on WZZM 13.

Tough economic times have also impacted the broadcasting business and in order for us to "survive the economy", we've decided to sign-off.

I wanted our viewers to hear it from me first.

On behalf of the Weekend Morning News team, thanks for watching for nearly three years.

We have enjoyed providing you with the latest news, weather and segments like Weekend Adventure & Breakfast on the Go.

It's been an amazing experience learning about the positive, heartwarming community events, all thanks to the guests to took time out of their weekend to share with us.

Our team has been blessed to have been part of the show and we're proud of all the wonderful stories we've been able to tell.
