MUSKEGON, Mich. (WZZM)- A new invention could help bring renewable energy into areas needing disaster relief help.
Mobile Gen showed its mobile power generation unit to organizations in Muskegon Thursday. The small trailer combines wind turbines, solar panels, batteries and a propane generator to produce electricity.
Mobile Gen says it can be pulled by a regular utility truck and bringing power to remote areas without the worries of environmental hazards.
The trailer will be marketed to disaster relief organizations, RV sites and the military.
