"Super drunk" driver hits police vehicle, 2 year-old in car

LAWRENCE TWP., MICH. - A 25 year-old man was arrested after crashing into a police vehicle. The man had a blood alcohol level over two times the legal limit.

On Friday, March 10, at 10:55 p.m., two officers near Red Arrow Highway and County Road 681 observed a man leaving a business and getting into his vehicle. The officers pulled into a gas station behind the man, when the man's vehicle suddenly stopped, reversed, and struck the Sheriff's Office police vehicle. Both vehicles were damaged. 

The man was found to be highly intoxicated. The suspect was charged with operating with a high blood alcohol content as well as child endangerment.
