Walden Apple, Avocado and Spinach Salad
WALDEN APPLE, AVOCADO & SPINACH SALAD
¼ cup honey
¼ cup cider vinegar
3 apples, peeled and chopped
2 avocados, peeled and chopped
2 cups baby spinach, washed & dried
2 cups romaine, washed & dried
½ cup blue cheese, crumbled
Combine honey and apple cider vinegar in the bottom of a large salad bowl.
Top with apples, avocados, blue cheese, spinach and romaine. Toss just before serving.
