KALAMAZOO, MI (WZZM) - The Kalamazoo Valley Habitat for Humanity is bringing it's signature fundraising event back to Bell's Brewery in Kalamazoo.
Last year, the event sold out and tickets are selling just as quickly this year.
There will be live music, auction items and lots of mingling - like any good happy hour!
Organizers urge you to come as you are. Get dressed up or come in blue jeans. All they're asking for is support.
Don Jones, Executive Director of the Kalamazoo Valley Habitat for Humanity said, "All of the proceeds from the event will go straight into Kalamazoo Valley Habitat for Humanity's efforts to provide housing solutions to lower income families in the great Kalamazoo area. That includes new home construction, deep rehabilitation of homes, and also, it will fuel our new work in the neighborhood revitalization initiative."
Habitat for Humanity touches dozens of families and uses thousands of volunteers for it's projects.
The Habi Hour event is on Tuesday, February 26th at 5:01 pm.
Tickets are $30 per person and may be purchased here.
