GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM) - It's not quite like trying to fit a square peg into a round hole, but 616 Development of Grand Rapids is combining a 5-story building and a 4.5-story building into one renovated structure that will offer office space and apartments, and will serve as home to the revival of an iconic brewing company when the work is done this fall.
