ALLEGAN COUNTY, Mich. (WZZM)- The Allegan County Medical Examiner's Officer will conduct an autopsy on Matthew McKee to determine the exact cause of his death. The 29-year-old Allegan man was found dead Tuesday afternoon at the Kalamazoo Landscape Renewed Earth processing yard on East River St. in Otsego.
According to the Otsego Police Department, one of McKee's arms and torso was caught in one of the large belts and rollers of an earth processing machine. McKee was removed from the machine and pronounced dead at the scene. Police say other employees were working in the area but no one witnessed the accident.
