FRUITPORT TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WZZM) -- Police say a 13-year-old girl who backed her grandmother's car into other vehicles in a mall parking lot will likely face charges -- and so will the grandmother.
Viewers alerted us to the unusual parking of the two vehicles outside the Sears store at the Lakes Mall Wednesday afternoon in Fruitport Township.
The Muskegon Chronicle is reporting the girl's grandmother was shopping in a store, and the girl was listening to the radio in the car. According to police, the girl began driving the car and backed into two other cars before reversing into -- and over -- a parked Buick.
The teenager reportedly suffered a panic attack and was taken to an area hospital.
