BELDING, Mich. (WZZM)- Labor Day is Monday, but the celebration is already underway in Belding.
Hundreds of people filled downtown Saturday afternoon for the town's annual car and motorcycle show. The event started more than 25 years ago. This year it moved from a park to a larger lot, which quickly filled with up to 160 vehicles and motorcycles.
This was also the first year John LaClear organized the show.
"Well it's a lot of work, but just watching the faces of the people and the kids, I can't really find words to describe it. It's fantastic, just fantastic," said LaClear.
Belding's Labor Day celebration continues Monday with a parade starting at noon.
