MONTCALM COUNTY, Michigan (WZZM)- The Montcalm County Sheriff's Department is looking for an intruder who was found in someone's pole barn early Tuesday morning.

The Sheriff's Department reports that a resident in the 22000 block of West Almy Road in Reynolds Township was awakened and found someone in his pole barn. When the homeowner approached, the intruder ran.

The suspect fled, and was seen getting into the passenger side of a vehicle nearby. The description of the suspect is vague because the area was not well lit.

Deputies were not able to find the suspect.

The homeowner was not hurt and nothing was taken. Although this homeowner was the victim of a theft in June 2012.
