Geneva Twp, Mich. (WZZM) - Two drivers are recovering after an accident in Van Buren County Saturday afternoon.
Around 3:30pm deputies were sent to the intersection of County Road 681 and County Road 380 for a two car crash. By the time they arrived, both drivers were already out of their cars.
Deputies say the driver of a 1994 Dodge truck, a 20 year old man from Grand Junction, was heading south on County Road 681 and didn't stop at the intersection.
He crashed into a car driven by a 25 year old woman from Bangor. She was taken to South Haven for treatment. Deputies say she was complaining of chest pains and she had facial injuries.
The other driver only had a cut to his head and he refused medical treatment and left the scene with his family. He was also cited for not stopping at a stop sign.
