GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM) - A Grand Rapids neighborhood is going high tech to help its homeless population.

Today at Family Promise of Grand Rapids, the Heartside neighborhood introduced its "Virtual Case Manager."

As part of the program, each homeless person gets an ID. With a scan of their card, businesses can track what services they've used, leading to better care and efficiency.
