Failure is a necessary part of success.
Many super successful people have had many failures but they learned from them and kept going
If you hope to succeed you will need to be open to failure and not let it destroy your path to your goals
Failure leads to success if you stretch yourself, try new things, and innovate
Fail Fast: Move fast and break things. Unless you are breaking stuff, you are not moving fast enough. - Mark Zuckerberg/Facebook
If things don't work out, move on quickly, without criticism. Start-fail-change-all fast. (The book Blink discusses this). Google's Product Development Mantra: "Experiment, Expedite, Iterate."
Fail and Gain Knowledge: Failure is useful only when we learn from it. Unexamined failure is just plain old failure.
A failed attempt can draw positive attention. Forbes magazine wrote that in the world of high powered business people are hired in top positions even after failures. Failures are not the final say. They are attempts and experiences. In business and life if you're not failing you're not growing. Fail forward.
