GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM) - The Fair Housing Center of West Michigan is part of a national complaint challenging Bank of America on housing issues.
The complaint alleges that Bank of America does a better job maintaining foreclosed houses in primarily white neighborhoods than it does in minority neighborhoods.
Some of the homes that were studied by the National Fair Housing Alliance are in West Michigan.
Bank of America denies the allegations and stands by its property maintenance program.
