Emergency crews had to a free a man who was pinned underneath an SUV. The crash shut down the U.S. 131 off ramp to Franklin Street for several hours.
GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM)-Grand Rapids police are investigating a rollover crash that seriously injured a Lowell man.
The crash happened just before 7 p.m. Saturday on the northbound U.S. 131 exit to Franklin Street. Emergency crews had to a free the 66 year old who was pinned underneath an SUV. He was taken to a nearby hospital. He is in critical condition with head and internal injuries
Police closed the off ramp for more than four hours to investigate the crash. It has since reopened.
