Cambridge Boulevard SE in East Grand Rapids is a hot spot for trick or treaters.
EAST GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM) -- An East Grand Rapids neighborhood went all out for Halloween.
For decades, the homes lining Cambridge Boulevard SE have competed for the best Halloween display, making it a hot spot for trick or treaters.
One couple in the neighborhood say the first year they moved in they handed out candy to about a thousand children.
"It's a thing we do every year," Jason Bowman says. "It's kind of a tradition for us. We bought our house a couple days before our first Halloween on Halloween Street."
"We've done pirates in the past," Kelly Bowman adds. "We were a cowboy and cowgirl one year, so it's kind of fun we get into it. The kids love it."
