GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM) -- Only one of the statewide ballot proposals appears to have a chance of passing in the November 6 election, according to a new WZZM 13 News poll.

The poll of 600 Michigan voters was conducted this week by the Glengariff Group for WZZM, WDIV-TV and the Detroit News.

Proposal 1 would ask voters whether Michigan should keep the current emergency manager law. In our survey, 45% would uphold the measure -- up two-points from earlier this month.

But support for the other proposals on the ballot is plummeting.

Proposal 2 would guarantee collective bargaining rights. In our poll, 36% support it (down seven-points from October 11 poll), while 53% are against the constitutional amendment.

Proposal 3 would require 25% of the states energy come from renewable sources by 2025. Its support dropped from 40% support in mid-October to 33% today. In our current survey, 57% are against the measure.

Proposal 4, to give collective bargaining rights to home health care workers, went from 51% support to 40%. Our latest poll shows 48% oppose the measure.

Proposal 5, which would require two-thirds majorities in the state house and senate to raise taxes, went from 38% support three weeks ago to 33% today. And the current opposition, 54%, would be enough to vote it down.

Proposal six, the measure to require voters to approve the construction of any new bridges or tunnels, went from 45% support in our last poll to 37%. Currently, 52% oppose this measure.
