GAINES TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WZZM) -- A man was critically injured after a crash early Wednesday morning involving a semi-truck on M-6.
Michigan State Police responded to the crash just after 12:15 a.m. They say a pick up truck lost control, hit the guard rail, and landed in the median near the Kalamazoo Avenue exit.
The driver then tried to back out into traffic. Police say that caused a car to swerve and crash into a semi-truck.
The driver of the car is in critical condition. The other two drivers were not injured.
Charges are pending once the investigation is complete.
