GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM) -- Several students are injured after a Dean Transportation bus slid off the road and struck a utility pole Tuesday afternoon.
The crash happened around 4:20 p.m. on Eastern Avenue and Temple Street SE.
Grand Rapids Police say 14 students from Brookside Elementary were onboard the bus. Several were treated at the scene for minor injuries. No one was hospitalized.
Authorities say slick road conditions contributed to the crash.
