ALLEGAN, Mich. (WZZM) - Allegan County Sheriff's Deputies have made an arrest in a murder from earlier this month.
Marion Jeff Conley has been charged in the shooting death of Jody Ray Snyder in his home in the 3900 block of 122nd Avenue in Valley Township. Snyder's body was discovered on Saturday, March 9th.
Conley was arrested Wednesday and was arraigned in 57th District Court Thursday. He is also facing felony firearm charges and resisting and obstructing an officer.
