ALLEGAN COUNTY, Mich. (WZZM) - The man who showed up at a home in Lee Township Saturday, who then collapsed and died, has been identified.
Robert Samuel Gilmore, 48, died after showing up at the home in the 100 block of 54th Street. He carried no identification and investigators released information about his tattoos to help identify him. Allegan County Sheriff's deputies say that he has no known permanent address, but has been in areas of SW Michigan since May.
Initial autopsy reports show the cause of death to be natural causes, but toxicology information is not yet available. Deputies are still looking for information as to how Gilmore came to the address on 54th Street and his connection to the area.
