FERRIS TWP., Mich. (WZZM) - An 18-year-old Greenville teen is under arrest after fleeing from police on Labor Day.
Michigan State Police went to arrest Brock Allen Peterson at a residence on Briggs Road near Vickeryville Road Monday afternoon on theft charges when he fled from police. He was found by a Montcalm County Sheriff Canine Unit a short time later in a nearby barn.
Peterson is charged with two counts of Buying and Selling Non-Ferrous Metals, two felony Larceny charges, a Parole Violation, four Failure to Appear in Court warrants, and more.
Peterson had been the target of an investigation of scrap metal thefts.
