MUSKEGON, Mich. (WZZM)- Police in Muskegon have made an arrest following the shooting in September that killed three people outside a charity lodge.
Lamarcus Calvin faces, 21, a five year felony for allegedly driving away from the charity lodge and running over one of the shooting victims, Jalisa Love.
Police say Calvin failed to ever report the accident.
Calvin was driving a rental car the night of the shooting, and police were able to track him down through the grand rapids rental service's records.
One other man has already been charged with lying to police and having a gun at the lodge on September 22.
But police are still looking for people responsible for the three murders.
Since the shooting, city leaders in Muskegon have revoked the lodge's business license and the state has suspended the its liquor license.
