Indianapolis, IN (Sports Network) - Cecil Shorts hauled in the game-winning
80-yard touchdown pass from Blaine Gabbert with 45 seconds remaining and the
Jacksonville Jaguars stunned the Indianapolis Colts, 22-17, at Lucas Oil
Stadium. Starting from the 20 after the Jags allowed a go-ahead 37-yard field
goal by Adam Vinatieri, Gabbert took a quick three-step drop and fired it
right on Shorts' numbers. The second-year wideout blew past the Colts defense
all the way to the end zone for the lead. The two-point conversion attempt was
unsuccessful. The Colts got the ball back on their own 38 with 35 seconds to
go and no timeouts. On the third play of the drive, Andrew Luck hit T.Y.

Miami, FL (Sports Network) - Nick Folk got a second chance and made it count,
kicking a 33-yard field goal in overtime to lift the New York Jets to a 23-20
victory over the Miami Dolphins at Sun Life Stadium. After Miami's Dan
Carpenter missed from 48 yards, the Jets drove from their own 38 to the Miami
15 with their second possession of the extra period. Mark Sanchez hit Santonio
Holmes with a 38-yard pass on the second play to put the Jets in field goal
range. Following a pair of Shonn Greene carries, the Jets set up for Folk's

the Jets (2-1) the victory. Sanchez completed 21-of-45 passes for 306 yards
with a touchdown and a pair of interceptions for the Jets, while Holmes
finished with nine catches for 147 yards. Ryan Tannehill threw for 196 yards

Nashville, TN (Sports Network) - Rob Bironas kicked a field goal in overtime
to give Tennessee the lead and the Titans stopped Detroit on fourth down for a
44-41 win over the Lions in a game that saw just about everything. After
watching a 14-point lead evaporate in the final minute of play, including a
Hail Mary on the final play of regulation that tied the game for the Lions,
the Titans started overtime with the ball and were able to get a 26-yard field
goal from Bironas with 10:36 left. The drive was helped by several penalties
on Detroit, including a defensive holding on a third down and a personal foul
for a helmet-to-helmet hit on a pass that was ruled incomplete. The Lions, led
by Shaun Hill as Matthew Stafford left late in the game with a pulled muscle
in his right leg, came back down the field and a 26-yard catch by Calvin
Johnson got the ball into Tennessee territory. Facing a 4th-and-inches at the
Tennessee 7, Detroit opted to go for it. Hill quickly snapped the ball and
pushed forward, but he didn't get far enough and the Titans got the win.
