Grandville blows out Grand Ledge in playoff action


GRANDVILLE, MICH. - The Grandville Bulldogs outscored their regular season opponents 373 to 52 earning a share of the OK Red title.  On Friday night the Grand Ledge Comets visited the Bulldogs.  Grand Ledge won the Capital Area Activities Conference Blue with a 7-2 record.

Grandville dominated the game on both sides of the line of scrimmage.  They jumped out to a 22-0 lead at the half.  They scored twice in the second half and the defense was able to complete the shutout 37-0.

Grandville will host Rockford for the District Title next week.  Rockford won the previous meeting between the two teams this year 7-6.
