Lowell routs Greenville in opening round of playoffs

LOWELL, MICH. - The Lowell Red Arrows and Greenville Yellow Jackets met for the second time this year on Friday night.  Lowell won the previous meeting 35-10 on September 16th.

Each team scored once in the opening frame, Lowell on a David Kruse touchdown run while Greenville found the end zone on a Ryan Burden pass to Keegan Cossou.

The second quarter was all Red Arrows as Kruse scored two more touchdowns and Nate Stephens and a third in the quarter for a 28-10 halftime lead.  Stephens would add two more scores in the second half as the Red Arrows beat Greenville 42-17.

Lowell will host Traverse City Central in the second round Friday November 4th at 7:00 p.m.
