It might not be the matchup of highly ranked teams once anticipated, but the venom and intrigue surrounding Michigan State's game at Michigan this Saturday remains powerful.
The Spartans (4-3, 1-2 Big Ten) and 23rd-ranked Wolverines (4-2, 2-0) meet at 3:30 at the Big House. The game is being televised by Big Ten Network.
MSU has won four straight in this series and never before in the history of the rivalry has won five in a row. Can the floundering Spartans again shut down Michigan quarterback Denard Robinson, as they have the last two seasons? And will MSU be able to muster enough offense to redirect its suddenly sinking season?
