Larry was the 2011 Newaygo H.S. homecoming king.
NEWAYGO, Mich. (WZZM)- WZZM 13 and Meijer are pleased to recognize Larry Bulson as our Meijer Scholar Athlete of the Week for the week of December 5th.
Larry is a multi-talented student-athlete at Newaygo High School. He has lettered in football, wrestling and baseball winning all-conference and all-region awards. A senior, Larry sports a 4.0 grade point average and is the vice president of the Newaygo High School student council. He was also named homecoming king this fall.
Larry tells WZZM his favorite subject is math and he would like to study mechanical engineering. He has already been accepted to Michigan Tech but says he is still undecided on where he will go next year.
WZZM and Meijer salute Larry Bulson for his hard work and wish him continued success!
