The Fifth Third River Bank Run celebrates 37th years today.
GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM) -- Tens of thousands of runners came together in Grand Rapids for the nation's largest 25K race: the Fifth Third River Bank Run.
The first of the day's races, the 5K, began at 7:00am on Saturday. All races start on Monroe Avenue in front of DeVos Place and end on Ottawa Avenue near Calder Plaza.
WZZM13 Health Reporter Val Lego was in the middle of it all, to capture the excitement before the runners took off.
