KENTWOOD, Mich. (WZZM)-One of the newest arrivals in West Michigan couldn't wait for the hospital.

The manager of the BP at 28th Street and Breton tipped us off to the unforgettable delivery on Facebook. She says a couple rushed into the gas station and gave her their cell phone. A 911 dispatcher was on the phone, ready to help their daughter who was giving birth in the car outside.

The manager and another employee gave paramedics directions to the station. Moments after they arrived, the infant was born.

"I'm just at a loss for words, it was just craziness. I just never would think they would have a baby in a gas station parking lot. It was just crazy," said gas station employee Brandoun Miller, who helped with the delivery. "I'd do it again if I had to, that's the honest truth."

The woman gave birth to a girl. Both mother and baby are expected to be okay.
