Muskegon County deputies say, since the fire, someone broke into another portion of the lodge and took copper heat registers from the floors.

The lodge's general manager says the thefts happened this past weekend.

Police says the suspect removed an electric meter head, pried open the door, then cut the wires to the circuit breaker panel before taking the registers, which are worth $2,000.

No arrests have been made.
