Sandhill Café Chicken Parmesan:


1-6oz chicken breast

2 tablespoons grated Romano Cheese

2 oz seasoned bread crumbs

4 oz marinara sauce

2 slices provolone cheese

5 oz cooked spaghetti

1 teaspoon fresh parsley


  • Cover 6oz chicken breast with plastic wrap and pound until thin
  • Remove plastic wrap and cover chicken breast with bread crumbs, forming a slightly thick crust
  • Place breaded chicken breast into a pre-heated skillet with butter
  • Sautee chicken breast until it is golden brown on both sides
  • Pull skillet from heat, drain oil and top breaded, sautéed chicken breast with marinara sauce, Romano cheese and sliced provolone
  • Place chicken breast on top of cooked spaghetti
  • Sprinkle chopped parsley on top of dish
