RECIPE: Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

SHELF LIFE: SERVE IMMEDIATELY UPON COMPLETION

5 P&D 21-25 shrimp, Peeled and deveined

2 strips Apple smoked Bacon, Cut into thirds and wrap around shrimp

1 Sautee' Pan, Place on stove top and heat, place bacon wrapped shrimp in pan

Sautee' the shrimp at med to high temp (until bacon is browned) Make sure not to over cook shrimp

1 Lemon wedge, Squeeze into pan

2 oz Simple syrup, Add to sauté' pan with shrimp, reduce by ½

2 oz Dipping sauce-BBQ horsradish

Place shrimp on serving plate and drizzle sauce over shrimp

Place on plate and serve
