GRAND RAPIDS, MI - The 21st annual Weller Auto Huntin' Time Expo returns to Grand Rapids' Delta Plex in 2013 with an expanded four-day format. Michigan's largest all-hunting exhibition will run Thursday through Sunday, January 24-27. The show features over 350 booths, guides and outfitters from around the world, taxidermy displays and demonstrations. Amish furniture, wildlife art, a puppy alley, educational seminars, and special show pricing on hunting gear, equipment and clothing. DNR Wildlife Chief Russ Mason will moderate a Town Hall meeting Friday 1/25 at 6:30pm regarding the devastating EHD disease that has wiped out tens of thousands of southern Michigan deer.
"We've added an extra day - Thursday - to better accommodate the tremendous number of sportsmen and sportswomen who want to take advantage of everything the show has to offer," said Huntin' Time Expo owner Tom Antor.
The Huntin' Time Expo runs from 3 p.m. - 8 p.m. Thursday January 24th, 12 p.m. - 9 p.m. Friday January 25th, 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. Saturday January 26th, and 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Sunday January 27th at the Deltaplex. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for kids (5-12) and seniors (over 70). Sunday kids are admitted free. Parking is free.
