Update 11:45 am: The missing boy, Paul Duncan, was found safe by a Holland Police Officer who was patrolling in the city.

HOLLAND, Mich. (WZZM) - The Holland Department ofPublic Safety is asking for help in finding a missing 13-year-old boy.

Paul Duncan walked away from his residence in the 300 block of east 16th Street on foot between 9:00 and 10:00 this morning. He had had an argument with his father.

Duncan has a diminished mental capacity and a seizure disorder. He is a black male, 5'4" tall, 116lbs., wearing a burnt orange sweatshirt and blue jeans. Police say he has the mental capacity of a 2nd grader.
