UPDATE (03/15/13 6:45 a.m.)- Police have arrested two men connected to the triple stabbing.

29-year-old Antonia Harris and 27-year-old Marease Harris are now facing several charges, including home invasion.

Police say they are both habitual offenders.


GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM) -- Grand Rapids Police are investigating a triple stabbing on the city's southeast side. The incident happened around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Jefferson Avenue and Highland Street.

Officers believe a fight broke out between three people, leading to the stabbings. One victim has life-threatening injuries, the two others have non life-threatening wounds.

Two of the victims fled in a vehicle, but the driver passed out and crashed into a sign at a church. The other victim ran to a nearby house for help.

Police say there are no outstanding suspects and the weapon used in the incident has been recovered.
