MUSKEGON, Michigan (WZZM)- A fire at a home in Muskegon caused only minimal damage Monday night.
The home is located in the 200 block of Mason Street.
Fire crews from both Muskegon and Norton Shores responded to the fire around 10:45 p.m. on Monday. When they arrived on scene, flames were visible coming through the first floor windows.
Fire fighters say no one was home at the time, and it only took 10 minutes to contain and extinguish the flames.
The house is still habitable. And the cause of the fire is under investigation.
