Fresh Herb Dip & Dressing

2 cups Greek or traditional low-fat yogurt
2 tbsp of your favorite herbs, chopped
• Chives
• Basil
• A combination pack of Poultry Herbs is always convenient

Zest of half a grapefruit
Juice of half a grapefruit
1 tsp minced garlic

In a mixing bowl add all ingredients and whisk to combine.

This dip serves great with pita chips or vegetables, as a salad dressing, a chicken marinade.

Lemongrass Tea.

Add four cups water to a medium saucepan.
Add 2 stalks lemongrass, chopped, to water.
Heat over medium heat, covered, until water simmers.
Strain lemongrass from the water.
Serve water warm or cold.

This is also a great flavor for chicken or shrimp.
