3 oz corn
2oz red onion
1 Tbl oregano
1 Tbl Shallots
1 Tbl garlic
2 oz sugar snap peas
1 oz ramps
2 oz bell peppers
16 oz Lamb rack

Sear lamb in pan
Baste lamb with brown butter
Remove lamb and let rest
Add succotash to pan and collect fond
Plate succotash
Slice lamb/season lamb
Plate lamb
