Grand Rapids (WZZM) - One in 133 people in this country have Celiac Disease and many of them don't know it.

People with the condition cannot eat anything with gluten, eliminating things like breads or pasta and even some beer.

An event in Grand Rapids is meant to help people through this. It's called the Gluten Free Food Fair and Nancy Spears, coordinator of the event, talks more about it.

The Gluten Free Food Fair is Saturday, May 18th at the DeltaPlex Arena on Turner NW in Grand Rapids. Doors open at 10am and close at 4pm.
