Sarah's Salad - Catherine's Family Recipe (although she has no idea who "Sarah" is!)

2 C. Head Lettuce
2 C. Curly Endive
2 C. Romaine
6 Tblsp. Mayo
1 med. Red Onion - sliced
1 1/2 C. Cooked Peas (I use frozen and I do not cook them.)
1 Pkg. Swiss Cheese - cut into strips
6 Slices Bacon - Heck, I use the whole pound!
Sugar
Salt & Pepper

Place 1/2 of the greens in a big bowl Dot with 2 Tblsp. Mayo, 1/2 of the onions, sprinkle with 1 tsp. sugar, salt and pepper. Repeat. Do not toss. Cover and chill two hours. Just before serving, top with bacon and toss. This salad is a winner - and you will feel like one too - when everyone is asking for the recipe!!
