(WZZM)- Kal is back! And she's not messing around with this Blueberry Coffee Cake recipe.

Cake Ingredients:

  • 1/4 C softened butter
  • 3/4 C sugar
  • 1 egg
  • Add 2 C flour
  • 2 teas baking powder
  • 1/2 teas salt
  • 1/2 C milk
  • 2 C blueberries

Topping Ingredients:

  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 1/4 C flour
  • 1/2 to 1 teas cinnamon
  • 1/4 C softened butter

Directions:

  1. Combine dry cake ingredients in a bowl
  2. Add wet cake ingredientsand mix by hand or by mixer (batter will be stiff)
  3. Fold in carton ofblueberries
  4. Mix together all topping ingredients in a separate bowl
  5. Spread cake mixture into 11 x 8 greased glass pan or 9 inch square pan
  6. Crumble topping over cake
  7. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes (Temperature and time for baking varies. Make sure to test with toothpick!)
