(WZZM) - Here's the good news, between Thanksgiving and New Year's, the National Institutes of Health found the average weight gain is only about a pound.
The bad news, it's one pound that's pretty hard to get rid of and over the years, they add up.
So knowing that some delicious holiday feasts are in your future, we asked Wendy Brookhouse, a registered dietitian with the Grand Valley Health Plan, to talk about how to maintain your weight over the holidays.
