TEMPE, Ariz. (WZZM) - The stadium is set and last minute preparations are underway for the University of Michigan Wolverines to take on the Kansas State Wildcats.
Friday is the day for team walk-throughs at Sun Devil Stadium, so the gates are locked with no media access. But in nearby downtown Tempe, Arizona, there are plenty of fans getting ready for the game.
Unfortunately for the Wolverines, Kansas State fans can be easily spotted in their K-State gear. Meanwhile, the only Michigan t-shirts to be found are in the souvenir stores.
The weather in Tempe should be perfect for the game, with temperatures in the upper 60s. That is a far cry from the cold and snowy weather back in Michigan.
