(WZZM) -- With Valentine's Day just around the corner, what's more romantic than an Italian restaurant? Chef Gordy Mouw from Mangiamo! joined us in the WZZM13 studio to show us how to make Tiger Shrimp with Polenta.

Mangiamo! is also celebrating the snow this weekend byholding a snowman-building contest. It's Saturday February 8th. The kids competition is from 10:00 a.m. to noon, and the adult competition (everyone 13+) is from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Tiger Shrimp with Polenta:

Saute 3 tiger shrimp - cleaned deveined - with fresh lemon and sweet unsalted butter.

Top withchili flakes.

Serve over polenta with shredded fontinella cheese pickled red onions and crumbled Greek feta cheese.
